Terms and Conditions

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Domestic Shipping  

We ship all domestic orders with Canada Post and will ask you for a contact telephone number if you have not provided one at checkout. This helps the delivery drivers find your address. If there is a problem, they can then call you for delivery questions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to global destination. Using Canada Post. Please provide your phone number so that the Customs form may be completed. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Please note that due to the current global pandemic there are delivery delays beyond our control due to customs holding parcels in quarantine and delays due to local delivery availability.
